Terms and Conditions Minicabs East Finchley

This agreement constitutes the understanding between you and Minicabs East Finchley. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you implicitly agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

  1. Definitions

In this agreement, Minicabs East Finchley “we,” or “us” refers to the service provider, while “you” and “your” may denote any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

  1. Booking

2.1 Ensure sufficient time allocation for your journey to arrive punctually, especially for airport transfers with specified check-in times. Minicabs East Finchley is not responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or your unpreparedness at the scheduled collection time.

2.2 You are responsible for ordering a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Child passengers, regardless of age, are considered individual passengers.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated during the booking process.

  1. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, and additional charges may apply for material changes to the itinerary.

3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in the quote. Any waiting time beyond this will be charged at the standard waiting rate.

3.3 Confirm the booking details upon receipt; Minicabs East Finchley is not responsible for delays or costs arising from inaccuracies if not promptly reported.

3.4 Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

  1. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers. Charges may apply for any damage or soiling of the vehicle caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger capacity is subject to licensing and insurance regulations.

  1. Cancellations

5.1 Notify Minicabs East Finchley as soon as possible for cancellations. Charges may apply for cancellations after dispatch.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges.

  1. Liability

6.1 Minicabs East Finchley is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a breakdown, we will provide an alternative car to minimize disruption.

6.4 You will not indemnify Minicabs East Finchley for expenses arising from omissions or acts of your party.

6.5 Liability exclusions do not apply to personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

  1. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if there is a risk to the vehicle, driver, or other passengers. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

  1. Miscellaneous

8.1 Minicabs East Finchley may subcontract obligations. You cannot assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be amended by Minicabs East Finchley; ongoing bookings will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Minicabs East Finchley and yourself.

8.5 No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement without written consent.

  1. Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period will not be entertained by Minicabs East Finchley.
